In a decision dated September 21, 2018, Superior Court Judge Debra Squires-Lee awarded Beth Myers and Jonathan Margolis’ clients over $424,000 in attorneys’ fees following a jury verdict finding sexual harassment and retaliation.  Jacqueline Ebone and Diane Robin Smith v. BMI Surplus, Inc., et al., Plymouth County Superior Court, Docket No. 1583-CV-0958.
