Superior Court Judge Wilson awarded Kevin Powers and Rob Mantell an additional $13,905. for their successful opposition to the defendant MBTA’s post trial motions in the case of Tryon v MBTA.
This makes the total attorney fee award to date $201,280. The defendant is appealing the judgment of over one million dollars entered in the plaintiff’s whistleblower case.
