Robert Mantell and Lori Jodoin win a sexual harassment jury verdict
The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court by-passed the usual appellate procedure, and elected to directly hear the appeal of important issues resulting from a sexual harassment jury trial, in the case of Gyulakian v. Lexus of Watertown, Inc. in which Robert Mantell and Lori Jodoin represented the successful plaintiff. The December 2014 trial resulted in a judgment of over $250,000 for the plaintiff, with an additional possible award of $500,000 in punitive damages also at issue.
